Payment is expected at the time of service, here at Garden Life Chiropractic, we want to make it easy and as stress-free as possible. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards.
If self-filing for insurance, we will be happy to provide the necessary paperwork. We have a fee that is affordable such that most people do not choose to file their insurance, but that choice is up to you.
For Medicare patients, we file all documents necessary as per the Medicare guidelines.
